I’ve spent my career helping people kick ass and become better versions of themselves. The way I see it, life is too damn short to spend it hating the work you do and I’m honored to be able to help people gain clarity and get to where they want to go. Coaching, training, recruiting. You name it, I’ve done it, and in a variety of industries ranging from advertising to behavioral health to tourism and beyond. I launched my coaching practice in 2009 and have since helped people navigate the tricky aspects that come along with career development.

I’m a coach certified by the International Coach Federation who trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I’ve been called a secret weapon for creating community and connection, combatting employee engagement challenges, unlocking leadership skills and guiding individuals to discover and land their dream gigs. I’m the founder of Coach Conspirators, a co-founder of DisruptHR Philadelphia and a former member of the ICF Philly board.

Whether it’s helping you identify the right career move, navigating a tough leadership challenge or achieving your personal goals, count me in. When I’m not pushing to make people and organizations better, I spend most of my time marathoning Netflix programming with my mutt (& bestie), Dexter.
